As custom demands, Chairman Alhaji Alhassan Mbalba, one of the aspirants for the Tamale Central by-election, has paid a courtesy call on the family of the late Hon. Murtala Ibrahim following his arrival from the United Kingdom. The visit was to commiserate with the family, honour the memory of the late MP, and reaffirm solidarity with the people of Tamale Central during this difficult period.
